The founder

Laure Jeremie

I'm Laure, founder of UniToShine. Before this, I spent years building systems at scale — creating templates and processes once so they could run again and again, and building and training teams to deliver consistently. Claude Foundations applies that same thinking to AI: building agents that are trained, skilled, and ready to work alongside you — not just a chatbot you talk to.

I spent fifteen years working at the highest levels of global agencies — with large corporations where profit came before purpose. Along the way I grew agency departments by 150% while improving profitability by 34%.

I was very good at it. And one day I looked around and realised I was spending all that skill on businesses that didn't need my help as much as the founders I admired did.

The founders trying to change things — to build sustainable brands, lead conscious organisations, create lasting good — were the ones working the hardest and getting the least infrastructure in return. That felt wrong. So I left.

UniToShine is what I built instead. A consultancy that brings enterprise-level AI implementation to the people who deserve it most: founders who started their business because they care about something.
