If you're not yet sure where AI fits in your business, the Mission Audit is the right starting point — it gives you clarity and a roadmap before any commitment to build. If you already know you want to implement, the Force For Good package includes the Audit as its first phase.
No. We build around your existing stack. Part of the Audit is understanding what you already have and building into it — not replacing everything with new tools that need learning. You'll use the same apps you use now; they'll just work much harder.
We've designed our process specifically for busy founders. The Audit needs 2–3 hours of your time spread over two weeks. The build phase needs around 1–2 hours per week for check-ins and decisions. Handover training takes half a day.
Niche businesses are often our favourite to work with — they tend to have very specific high-value processes that benefit enormously from automation. The more unusual your business, the more tailored our build will be. Generic AI tools don't serve you well; custom implementation does.
Yes. We structure payments to align with project milestones — typically a third upfront, a third at the halfway point, and the final third on handover. Talk to us if you need a different arrangement; we're human about it.
