Yes. We structure Force For Good payments across three milestones: a third on project start, a third at the halfway point, and the final third on handover. We're flexible if you need a different arrangement — just ask.

It means we're contractually committed to delivering a system that reclaims 10+ hours per week within 90 days of project start, based on the tasks we agree together at onboarding. If we haven't hit that target by day 90, we keep working with you for up to 30 more days at no additional cost. The guarantee depends on us both holding up our end — you giving us timely access and feedback, us building to the agreed plan — full terms are in your Client Services Agreement.

The range reflects the scope of your specific build. A business with 5 people needs a different level of infrastructure than one with 25. We price Elite projects after the Mission Audit, when we have a clear picture of what needs to be built and managed.

No. The Force For Good project fee is all-inclusive. Once we hand over, you own everything we've built. The only ongoing costs are the tools themselves (most are free or low-cost). Elite includes 6 months of management as part of the package.
